Terms &amp; Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Abstract Submission Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Abstract Submission Requirements<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">The abstract must be written in&nbsp;<strong>English<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The length must not exceed&nbsp;<strong>300 words<\/strong>&nbsp;and should be in&nbsp;<strong>plain text format<\/strong>&nbsp;(no images, tables, or special formatting).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The content should clearly convey the research objectives, methodology, key findings, and significance in relation to the conference themes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Eligibility for Submission<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">The abstract must be original and relevant to the conference themes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The submitting author must have the right to present the work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">All co-authors must approve the submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Originality and Plagiarism<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">The abstract must be the author\u2019s original work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Plagiarism will result in disqualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Authorship and Co-Authors<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">The submitting author ensures all listed co-authors have contributed to the work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The submitting author is responsible for communication with the organizing committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Any disputes over authorship must be resolved before submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Copyright and Usage Rights<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">The author(s) retain copyright but grant the conference organizers the right to publish the abstract in conference proceedings, websites, or promotional materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Authors must acknowledge any copyrighted materials used within their abstract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Review Process and Acceptance<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Submission does not guarantee acceptance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee and may be accepted, rejected, or recommended for revision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The decision of the review committee is final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Presentation Requirements<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Accepted abstracts must be presented at the conference (oral\/poster).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The presenting author must register for the conference by a specified deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Withdrawal and Modifications<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Authors may withdraw their abstract before the final submission deadline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">After the deadline, withdrawals will not be permitted unless in exceptional cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">No major changes (e.g., authorship, title, or content) are allowed post-submission unless approved by the committee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Confidentiality and Data Protection<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Authors\u2019 contact details will be used for conference-related communication only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">No sensitive data should be included in abstracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Ethical Considerations<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Research involving human subjects, animals, or sensitive data must comply with ethical standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Authors should disclose any conflicts of interest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Liability and Disclaimer<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">The conference organizers are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misinterpretations in submitted abstracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The author bears responsibility for accuracy, permissions, and ethical compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">In case of unforeseen circumstances, the
